This project in Leyland consisted of new fascia boards, soffits and guttering. Also a roof cleaning to the main roof tiles.
The fascia boards and soffits had previously been capped over the old existing timber fascias with a 9mm U.P.V.C. Capping board. The old timber fascias had perished so these should have been removed and a 18mm mega board should have been fitted. This is bad workmanship and the customer unfotunatly had to pay twice which is not good practice, Call a reputable company before work commences.
